ALI HASAN MUMTAZ - Founder & Managing Director
I am an interdisciplinary researcher, academic professional, and international education consultant with a strong foundation in engineering, management, and leadership studies. I completed my Bachelor’s, Master’s and PhD degrees at Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT), and later advanced into Postdoc research focusing on Responsible Leadership, organizational behavior, and creative performance.
My research integrates leadership theory, social exchange theory, and AI-driven analytics to examine how leadership behaviors influence innovation and performance outcomes across cultural contexts, particularly in South Asia and China. I have worked extensively with empirical, multi-wave research designs and advanced statistical modeling, contributing to high-level academic publications and research proposals.
Beyond academia, I am deeply involved in international education development. As the founder of Study China AZ, I support and guide international students, especially from South Asia, through admissions to leading Chinese universities, including HIT. My work bridges cultures, academic systems, and professional opportunities.
HUANG ZIYI (STELLA) - Director of Student Affairs and Operations
Hello everyone, I’m Stella, a Chinese student and currently an undergraduate student at Harbin Institute of Technology, majoring in Big Data. I’m truly honored to serve as your Student Affairs Coordinator, and I’m here to support you throughout your study and life in China.
I have a great passion for travel and have traveled across nearly all of China, giving me a deep understanding of the diverse cultures, lifestyles, and local customs in different regions. No matter which city you’re studying in, I can offer you practical advice on food, accommodation, transportation, and daily life from must-try local dishes and accommodation tips to travel guides and life hacks. Feel free to ask me anytime!
In addition, I currently work as a international student advisor at HIT’s International Education College, so I’m very familiar with the enrollment procedures, campus orientation, and daily life support for international students.
